Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how CredWallets.com (https://credwallets.com), operated by Orvian Media LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies, what they are used for, which partners may set them, how long they remain on your device, and how you can accept, reject or withdraw your consent at any time.
This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags and device identifiers. In this policy, we refer to all of them as “cookies”.
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.
- First-party cookies are set by CredWallets.com.
- Third-party cookies are set by our partners, such as Google.
Your Consent
When you first visit CredWallets.com from a region where consent is required (such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Brazil), a consent banner will ask for your choice. Non-essential cookies, including analytics and advertising cookies, are only used after you give your consent. You can accept all, reject all, or choose by purpose, and rejecting is as easy as accepting.
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, because the website cannot function properly without them.
Our consent banner is provided by Google’s consent management platform (Google Privacy & messaging), which is certified under the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF).
We also use Google Consent Mode. If you reject analytics or advertising cookies, Google tags do not read or set those cookies and may send only limited, cookieless signals (such as the consent state and the fact that a page was viewed), used for basic measurement and aggregated modeling.
Categories of Cookies We Use
1. Strictly Necessary Cookies
Purpose: enable basic site functions such as page navigation, security, protection against bots and malicious traffic, load balancing, and storing your cookie consent choices.
Legal basis: legitimate interest / necessity for providing the service.
Can be disabled? No, through our banner. You can block them in your browser, but parts of the site may not work.
2. Analytics / Performance Cookies
Purpose: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on site, traffic sources) so we can improve content and performance. The data is aggregated.
Legal basis: your consent.
Can be disabled? Yes.
3. Advertising Cookies
Purpose: CredWallets.com is funded by advertising served through Google Ad Manager, Google AdSense and their certified advertising partners. These cookies are used to deliver ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and invalid traffic and, if you consent, show ads that are personalized based on your interests.
Legal basis: your consent (in regions where it is required).
Can be disabled? Yes. If you reject advertising cookies, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized or limited.
